Jesus
once told a woman that God the Father was seeking those
who would "worship him in spirit and truth" (John
4.23-24). We were made for God, and so worship of God is
our highest calling and greatest privilege. It is amazing
how our lives begin to find focus and purpose when we begin
to center on God, and revel in his majestic wonder.
At
Hope Church, we gather each Sunday morning to revel in God's
unique wonder: the wonder of a God who both King and friend.
Our worship blends traditional elements with modern expressions
of our faith. You'll celebrate God through some of the great
songs of the faith, as well as some of the newest songs
of praise.
Unique
to our approach to worship is giving each Sunday a particular
focus. The first Sunday of the month focuses on Renewing
our Commitment to God, and to His Truth. The Second Sunday
focuses on the Lord's Table, or celebrating Communion.
The Third Sunday is Family Sunday, where we invite all
our kids to participate in part of the worship service.
And the Fourth Sunday celebrates God's faithfulness to
us throughout the month.
